Terms of service

By commissioning me you fully agree all the terms and understand you will be pursued if they are not followed.
Everything may be subject to change in the future, make sure you check the conditions everytime you commission me.

Conditions and Payment

  • Commissions are not runfundable.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.

  • Posting and sharing the commission is allowed but you must credit me.

  • Alteration of the final product is allowed but no matter how much modification is added you cannot claim it as your own, you have to credit me. You are only allowed to share online the version with my watermark.

  • Commissions are for personal or commercial use (discussion is needed for the latter, price may vary depending on the type of use).

  • The commission will be paid when you validate a sketch. (Major changes are only allowed before the sketch's complition, only minor changes are allowed after).

  • By default, your commission might be posted on my socials and shared during twitch livestreams (You can ask to not be mentionned or keep the commission private until a specific deadline).

  • I have the right to refuse any work if I'm uncomfortable or any other personal reason.

  • Unless a deadline is given I will take as much time as I need to finish the work (a very short deadline may affect the price because I might put other customers on hold to work on your order), you are allowed to check in to ask the progress of the commission, but do not abuse it.

  • Payments are can be done through REVOLUT (you do not need a revolut account to pay), or PAYPAL, but conversion fees will be added (aprox 4.5%). The currency used is EUROS.

  • For rendered art, you can request to also get the lineart or the flat colored version for a 15% adtition per version you request.

  • I do not accept any use of my art with or for AI, from modification to training you are not allowed to use my art with any AI tools.

For Returning Clients

When commissioning me, you can ask to be on the loyalty list, being part of the list gives you the option to get an alternative outfit for your next pinup commission purchases for a small added fee (Alternative outfits cannot be more complex than the main one, feel free to ask for any information).To validate that you are a returning client will only have to share the name that you have used when being added to the list.
